This Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy, along with the Terms of Use on Dealsfinity.com, governs:
1.1. Acceptance of product cancellations before dispatch.
1.2. Acceptance of product returns after delivery.
1.3. Terms and conditions for cancellation, return, and refund requests initiated by users.
By placing an order on Dealsfinity, users are deemed to have accepted the terms of this policy without modification. If you disagree with any part of this policy, please refrain from making a purchase.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch:
- Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched (Usually we dispatch products within 1-2 days).
- To cancel an order, customers must contact our support team via WhatsApp at +91 9111266672 with the order ID.
- Once the cancellation request is approved, refunds will be initiated within 3 business days via the original payment method.
- If the order is shipped and you still want to cancel it, the cancellation charges would be 120rs per order.
2.2 Order Tracking and Confirmation:
- Every order will be assigned a tracking number for monitoring its shipping status.
- Cancellations will not be accepted once an order has been dispatched.
3. RETURN POLICY
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved within 2 days. (Note: This will not apply in case of Electronic products, and opened or used beauty products and Items marked “Final Sale” or “No Return” on the product page.)
3.1 Mandatory Unboxing Video:
- Customers must record a clear, uninterrupted video while unboxing the parcel. This ensures any issues with the product can be verified. Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
3.2 Reporting Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items:
- If an item is damaged, defective, or missing:
- Record an unboxing video highlighting the issue.
- Capture a photo of the shipping box label showing order details.
- Share these via WhatsApp at +91 9111266672 within 24 hours of delivery.
- Upon verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
3.4 Electronics Warranty:
- Check all electronic products immediately upon receipt for any defects or issues.
- Report any problems within 24 hours of delivery.
- Note: Electronics imported from international suppliers (e.g., China) may not include a warranty, which will be indicated on the product page.
4. REFUND POLICY
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
